Within 24 hours, we email a private submission link to the address used at checkout. Use it to share your photos, the relationship between the people, and the story or memory you want the artwork to express. Separate photos are welcome, and our team communicates with you personally before design work begins.
Is the $99 deposit refundable?
Yes—until personalized design work begins. You may cancel for a full refund before that point. Once personalized design work has started, the $99 deposit becomes non-refundable because custom creative work is underway. If you continue, the full $99 is applied to your finished artwork balance.
What will the finished artwork cost?
Most finished pieces range from $299 to $899. The exact total depends on the number of people, frames, size, and dimensional materials. You receive the creative direction and exact quote before physical production begins.
What if the sketch does not look right?
You review the personalized sketch before we build the physical artwork. Up to two complimentary sketch revisions are included so you can request reasonable adjustments to recognizable details, interaction, and composition.
What exactly will I receive, and how long will it take?
You receive a complete physical artwork with the custom portrait, black display frame or frames, and any real rope, wood, or other dimensional elements included in the approved design. It arrives assembled and ready to display—not as a digital download or DIY kit.
Design and production typically take 2–4 weeks after we receive your photos and approvals, followed by approximately 7 days of tracked delivery from the USA. Shipping is included.
