Yes. Your clock is designed from your pet’s actual photos—not a generic breed template. We use their markings, colors, ears, face and pose to create a piece that feels unmistakably theirs.
DO I NEED TO UPLOAD PHOTOS BEFORE ORDERING?+
No. You can upload up to three photos on this page, or complete your order first and send them by email later. We’ll contact you if your order arrives without photos.
WHAT KIND OF PHOTO WORKS BEST?+
A clear, well-lit photo showing your pet’s face and body works best. A phone photo is usually perfect. If your photo isn’t suitable, we’ll ask for another one before beginning the artwork.
WILL I SEE THE DESIGN BEFORE IT IS MADE?+
Yes. We’ll send you a digital artwork proof before production. You can request free artwork changes, and we won’t make your clock until you approve the design.
IS IT A REAL WORKING CLOCK?+
Yes. It works as both a wall clock and a personalized piece of décor. Depending on the style you select, the separate tail, legs or playful poop pendulum moves while the clock is running.
CAN I INCLUDE TWO PETS?+
Yes. Select “2 Pets” before adding the product to your cart. For the best result, provide clear photos of both pets so we can capture their individual features.
HOW LARGE IS IT, AND WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?+
The approximate size is 11.8 × 15.7 inches (30 × 40 cm), with the final shape following your pet’s pose. Estimated delivery is around two weeks, including artwork, production and shipping. Free shipping is included.
WHAT IF MY CLOCK ARRIVES DAMAGED?+
Contact us within seven days of delivery and send clear photos of the damage and packaging. Once transit damage is verified, we’ll arrange a remake according to our store policy.
