Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. You receive a proof before production and may request changes at no extra cost. We begin making your keepsake only after you approve it.
How is my uploaded image used?
Your image is used only to prepare and create your order. It is not shared or used for marketing without your permission.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel for a full refund anytime before production begins. Because every piece is made uniquely for you, cancellation is not available once production has started. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
